The Waldren Group is a consulting and training group that provides organizational assessment and development, leadership assessment and coaching, interlocking identities, tailored training resources, and comprehensive coaching. Professional practices, businesses, and educational institutions who are cutting edge and want to maintain their lead, who are growing and expanding, who are developing new products or services, who need training, and those who are having problems with their organizational structure, policies, procedures, morale, and/or supervision processes would all benefit from consulting. Usually the CEO and other top people invite us to work with them. A company may want a single training workshop or they may want an organizational assessment, recommendation, and/or training and consulting. Consulting works through making key changes to a system that needs adjustment to be more competitive, or needs to change patterns that are hurting the performance of the company. Our assessments look at the overall organization and culture, the leadership, the supervision, and the administrative functions individually as well as an integrated whole.
