We offer a variety of workshops that we tailor to fit organizational identity and meet the specific needs of the organization. Each of our workshops and seminars are practical and hands-on to ensure that the changes we suggest are successfully implemented.

The Waldren Group offers workshops and seminars dealing with:

· Building on Organizational Strengths - To be more highly effective, organizations need to focus on building their strengths. Identifying strengths builds enthusiasm, morale, and sets the stage for developing new strengths and resources in the organization. This is a powerful workshop designed to aid your organization in identifying its strengths as well as identifying ways to make the organization even stronger. Areas for adding strengths are outlined with specific step-by-step methods for developing these new, positive behaviors.

· Building highly effective teams - Effective teams are more productive, have higher morale, lower turnover, and better customer service, yet most organizations struggle to build and maintain effective teams. The Waldren Group can assess the need for teams, provide a training plan for building teams, and facilitate the teambuilding process.

· Developing World-Class Customer Service - Customer service can make the difference between you getting the customer or your customer jumping ship to the competitor. Bottom line - it takes more money to attract a new customer than it does to retain an old one. This workshop takes the core identity of the organization and then involves all members of the organization in defining specifically how they will provide world-class customer service.

· Working with Generational Differences - This popular workshop delineates key differences between generations. It has many aspects and benefits from learning how to work with younger incoming people as more people retire to ways that you can provide customer service to each generational group, such as baby boomers wanting relationships with organizations they deal with, whereas generation Xers don't.

· Using Systems Concepts in a Business Setting - All organizations are complex systems with all parts of the organization interconnected. A cliché? No, because many managers/supervisors and employees have not had opportunities to learn about systems and the key concepts needed to understand and work with them. This workshop provides systems information in practical ways with opportunities to apply these concepts to their own system.

· Developing Listening Skills - Successful leaders, supervisors, team members, employees, and colleagues listen effectively. This workshop teaches basic skills for becoming a highly effective listener.

· Understanding and Working with Differences - In personality styles, leadership styles, listening, and values - "people are different." Many people in organizations have not had opportunities to learn specific ways that people are different and how to work with these differences. The Waldren Group provides workshops that assess each person's differences and then gives specific resources for successfully working with these differences.
